Language is the "trump card" to teachers and also the key stone for whether onecourse will succeed. Just as the old saying goes" a workman must sharpen his tools ifhe wants to do the work well", teachers must refine their language firstly for wantingthe class be successful, especially when teaching Chinese as the second language tostudents at the primary stage. The usage of language manifests its unique importance,which directly renders the efficiency of students’ study as well as the achievement ofteachers’ teaching goal. Nevertheless, at present, the research on the language used onthe class of primary stage are not so abundant and there are also many problems existwhen the language are employed.Standing on giants’ shoulder, this article gives another study on the languageusage through analyzing the class in Beijing Language University, NortheastUniversity of China, Liaoning University and Shenyang Normal University, which aretaught by teachers at different ages as well as with different titles. By setting thespecific stint, the author estimates the quantity of different kinds of languages’ usage,i.e, new words, no-required words, sentences, judge-able language, commandinglanguage, language code as well as the non-language delivery. And also the methodare provided while the problem are found.This article is composed of five parts. The first part is the prelude introducing theformer giants’ researches and the analyzing way of the article itself. The second part isthe theoretical statement that support the article from the view of linguistics,pedagogics and psychologic separately. The third part provides teachers teachingstudents at primary stage with a standard stint, the teaching work whose quality,quantity and goal are specified. The fourth part is the crucial part, within which twogroups of teachers’ language usage will be comprehensively analyzed through the stint,and the problems will be found. The fifth part gives the corresponding method to thefound problems and wishes to do credit to the further language usage to relevantteachers.
