There are a lot of German enterprises in Shenzhen City and many Germans need to learn Chinese. This paper examines for the German adult students who learns Chinese just for daily communication.Based on teaching practice, this paper will forecasting and analyzing the difficulties in their learning process. According to the result of the classroom practice and design test questionnaire to collect data. Analyze the typical difficulties they encountered in the process of learning Chinese and give some suggestions to solve the problem.Based on teaching practice and questionnaire test on32German students of primary level Mandarin learners. This paper discussed what is difficult for them to learn the Chinese. Why do the difficulties appear. And then give the teaching suggestions.This article is divided into four parts. The first chapter is an introduction, mainly elaborated the research object, previous research results, and put forward the research mentality and the research methods. The second chapter compares the similarities and different points of consonants and vowels between German and Chinese. Summed up the difficulties of learning consonants and vowels in Chinese.Because there are no tones in German so it can’t be compared between Chinese and German directly. Students who learns Chinese will be influenced by the negative transfer of their mother tongue. The third chapter proposed the difficult problems and countermeasures when teaching Quantifiers. Because German exists no Quantifiers. So Quantifiers learners can take advantage of these laws that there are some rules when translate Chinese quantifiers in German. The fourth chapter analyzes the difficulties in teaching " de"structure "le""zhe" and "guo". Why do do they come up,and puts forward effective teaching strategies.
