A Study On Happiness Lesson Of Grade Two In Shenzhen Special Economic Zone

Positive Psychology is committed to a positive quality of the scientific study of human development potential and virtue, its coming provide a new perspective and ideas to the mental health education of the school. Happiness lesson is such a course which applied positive psychology research to educational practice, teach students to achieve happiness methods.In China, Mental Health Lesson and Happiness Lesson are Analogous courses which has similar target. But it did not play out the desired effect for various reasons. It will be a very meaningful thing if we according to the actual situation of students, using the idea of positive psychology, integrating existing Mental Health Division, set out a workable and happiness lesson which students like.Author used the 《ental Health Test》(MHT) Scale and tested330students of Grade Two in Donghu Middle School Luohu District. It shows that students’ mental health is generally good. The main problem focused on more Learning pressure, less self-confident and heavily allergic tendency. According to the survey results, the author combined the literature data and teaching experience analysis the student’s psychological characteristics of Grade2. Through happiness lessons and then according to the students’ psychological characteristics, we found that students have positive change of mental health in learning anxiety, communication ability, loneliness, depression, difficulties setbacks attitude, allergic tendencies, terrorist tendencies, self-control and other aspects. Finally, according to interviews with class feedback of students and teachers, preliminary explored the strategy of happiness Lesson of the Grade Two:The mainline of happy Lesson is to develop a positive mental quality, to be careful in choosing topics, to be flexible in using teaching methods and to be convenient in operating the game. The teacher using happiness class should demonstrate the positive effects, to learn the art of "positive language" and then make the whole class full of happiness.
