After World War II, due to ideological differences and national strength tocompete, respectively, formed two camps led by the Soviet Union and theUnited States, the interference of big powers, North Korea get rid of the Japanand France but also ushered in the state of separation, the initial country formeda Soviet-backed North Korea China people’s Republic, and the United States tosupport the Republic of Korea. In order to win over China, to consolidate theSino-Soviet alliance, January10,1950, the Soviet Union to temporarily leavethe Council, to support China’s legitimate seat in the United Nations, however,in the169days of the Soviet Union to temporarily leave the Council, the UnitedStates manipulated the United Nations adopted the armed intervention in Koreathe resolution of the war.
