Franklin Roosevelt’s Global Strategy

Abstract:In1943, under the condition that the old world order was broken by the Second World War and then a new world order has not yet been established, Anti-fascist war has a great change in favor of the side of the allies. Therefore, the great powers held the Cairo conference and the Tehran conference in1943in order to vanquish fascist states and build a new world order. This paper described the construction and deployment of Franklin Roosevelt’s global strategy from the conferences. It gives an all-around summary of meeting records and interpretations from all sides. Roosevelt proposed the construction of the world organization of the United Nations, and used the American forces in the global regions to form their own sphere of influence. From the military, economic, political and cultural aspects involved in all areas of the world, American forces played an important role in the world because of American participation in the war all over the world. America involved in all the corners and fields of the world, which established American foreign pol icy and made America as a super power in the world. That’s a watershed for American foreign policy.
