As a complex language point, comparative sentence is not only the key point of teaching, but also the difficult point of learning. Kenya Chinese learners’acquisition of Chinese comparative sentence can be regarded as a Chinese comparative sentence acquisition epitome of those whose mother tongue is English. In this paper, Kenya Chinese learners’acquisition errors of Chinese comparative sentence has been analyzed and classified to inquire their roots, based on the corpus from questionnaires and students’ assignments. At the same time, two cases has been also analyzed. At last, several reasonable suggestions to Chinese comparative sentence teaching in Kenya has been provided for educationists. All above have some reference value to Chinese comparative sentence teaching in Chinese teaching as a second language for learners whose mother tongue is English. |
