The high efficiency thickener of large central transmission is importantsolid-liquid separation equipment,in today’s,It is widely used in thickening anddewatering step of mineral processing technology of mining industry tailings, askey equipment in the mineral processing technology. The harrow frame deviceis directly working parts of the high efficiency thickener of large centraltransmission, is also the largest part of the volume and quality of the equipment,the design and manufacture of the mud scraping plate will directly affect thesediment scraping efficiency, its structure design quality will directly influencethe whole equipment design, manufacture, cost and power consumption etc. soit becomes a very important thing to get a deeper research on the harrow framedevice.This paper expound the structure of various types and the characteristicsof thickener harrow frame device based on the analysis of the structure workingprinciple of high efficiency thickener of large central transmission, then use thethickener harrow frame of a high efficiency thickener of large centraltransmission in a certain mine as the research object, studies the parameters ofthe harrow frame device, and established the harrow frame device model;studies sedimentation and concentration of concentration and the scraping andtransferring rules of the harrow frame device, in-depth studies the top viewcurve of harrow frame device scraper, and puts forward the top view oflogarithmic spiral form curve is conducive to rapid movement to the centerunderflow of the concentration,analysis; use the computational fluid dynamicssoftware FLUENT to analyze the harrow frame device, and calculate thescraping resistance of harrow frame device; then establishes finite elementmodel of harrow frame device in the finite element analysis software ANSYS,break the scraping resistance r calculated by the FLUENT and then load thecomponent force in the finite element model of the harrow frame device,proving that the harrow frame device is to meet the use requirements.
