ObjectiveThe study is to measure the prevalence of the subjective well-being(SWB) and explore the relationship among SWB, Self-Efficacy, Relationship Between Doctors and Patients, in order to find the interrelated factors. And then the study will give the advice of the intervention.MethodsThere are 320 medical workers from general hospital and 120 Emergency Center to finish the questionnaires.ResultThe subjective well-being level of medical workers was middle. There were differences in demographic characteristics factors of sex, age, marriage, degree and department with regard to SWB. The correlation between SWB with Self-Efficacy and the doctors-patient relationship.ConclusionThere were differences in demographic characteristics factors of sex, political status, department and salary with regard to SWB. The SWB was significant correlated with the Self-Efficacy and the doctors-patient relationship. Giving more concerns to the SWB of medical personnel and solving the key problems they meet are critical for the promotion of SWB in medical workers. |
