The research uses the achievement motivation scale, multidimensional locus of control scales and learning satisfaction scale measure the level of achievement motivation, locus of control and learning satisfaction among504middle school students of Tianjin, examines the moderate effect of the locus of control on the achievement motivationt-learning satisfaction for children relationship. The resilience consists of internaiity, powerful others and chance. Utilizes AMOS7.0to examine the construct validity of all the scales, then utilizes SPSS11.5to make difference test, correlation analysis, and analyze the data with hierarchical regression, the main results are as follows:(1) Demographic differences in the test found that boys’score of powerful others and chance was significantly higher than girls and the junior school students was significantly higher than the sophomore; the junior school students scored significantly higher than sophomore students on the dimension of pursuit success, but significantly lower on avoid failure; on the both dimension of the learning satisfaction, the junior school students scored significantly higher than sophomore students.(2) The two dimension of learning satisfaction were significantly positively correlated with the dimension of pursuit success, were significantly negatively correlated.with avoid failure.(3) Internality significantly moderated both the relationship between pursuit success with academic satisfaction and between pursuit success with school satisfaction.(4) Powerful others significantly moderated the relationship between avoid failure with school satisfaction...
