Prison People's Police Occupational Risk Prevention And Countermeasure Research

As national penalty execution department， prison’s effectiveplaying its role is important to social stability. Prison’s effective playingits role lies on prison police’s effective fulfilling their duties. Nowadays，along with the development of economy and society， Chinese prisonpolice are facing more complicated working environments， higher jobrequirements and occupational risks than before. Wholly and objectivelyunderstanding and researching the above mentioned occupational risks，presenting scientific and reasonable solving countermeasures onlawmaking and system guarantee， will be beneficial to the healthydevelopment of Chinese prison police team， further to more effectiveprotection to social interests as well. From the point of the occupationalrisks that Chinese prison police are facing now， this thesis hasintroduced the current status of different kinds of occupational risks，deeply analyzed the reasons why occupational risks occurred， activelylooked for countermeasures from the aspects of lawmaking， interestsprotection and social supports， tried to supply references for nationalpolicy-making department concerned， simultaneously established thebasis for prison to strengthen prison police’s education and takeappropriate measures accordingly.
