A scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism can effectively mobilize thevitality of the organization and its member. The incentive mechanism for civil servantswas an important link in the progress of establishing and improving system for civilservants. In order to improve the whole performance of government affairs, XY city hasexerted itself to establish the system and policy of incentive mechanism for civil servants.Through establishing a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism, they tried tomobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of civil servants and improve the wholeperformance of organization so as to improve the figure and influence of government. Soa whole-aspect, coordinated and sustainable development can be promoted.According to a satisfaction survey which was carried out in100civil servants inwhich worked an enterprise in XY city, this article analyzed the existing problem of thisenterprise by using system, standardize, and empirical research methods and foreign andinland theory which relevant to incentive mechanism for civil servants. Then the paperanalyzed the incentive mechanism which civil servants needs by needs theory, equitytheory, reinforce theory according to practical situations. At last, the paper proposedtargeted countermeasures. Thus, establish a flexible and reasonable salary managementsystem, establish a scientific evaluation system, enhance the objectivity and fairness ofassessment and enhance negative incentive so as to improve the sense of crisis of civilservants. Fire the civil servants’ enthusiasm by introducing the competitive mechanisms.Schedule tasks scientifically, improve the training system, and use job satisfactionmotivation to strengthen the identity of civil servants. |
