Civil Servant Withdrawal Mechanism Research

Civil exit mechanism is an important part of the civil service system is an essential part of civil service management. Introduction to some sort of international research on civil service status, and the analysis proposed in this paper the basic ideas and perspectives; second part of our exit process in the establishment of the civil service achievements, and analysis of civil law with a special inter-governmental relationship; third part from the concept of consciousness, analysis of China’s civil service system building exit mechanisms and causes of problems; the fourth part of a targeted introduction to common law countries and civil law countries in the civil service system and the exit mechanism of the process and practice one revelation of China’s civil service system; fifth part for China’s civil service out of the question, made a perfect exit mechanism for response to China’s civil service. Conclusion of the paper summarizes the main points of the paper and proposed legislative proposals and future research directions.
