| As an indispensable part of the civil servants management system, the civil servants withdrawal mechanism is an important theoretical and practical proposition in the process of promoting the civil service management. The good withdrawal mechanism of civil servants is an effective approach for managing civil servants and the community, and it also plays an important role for maintaining the vigor and vitality of civil servants. Due to a defect in the withdrawal mechanism of the civil servants, the recruitment and management of China’s civil servants is facing with immense cultural and financial resistance, which even brings many negative influences to our social management. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the withdrawal mechanism of civil servants. To strengthen the research of withdrawal mechanism of civil servants has become the top priority of the reform of civil service system. Improving the regulations of China’s civil servants management has important theoretical significance and practical value. Against this background, this article has carried on the comprehensive discussion on the civil servants withdrawal mechanism.This article is organized as following, in chapter 2, The related definition of civil servants withdrawal mechanism is described. Contingent valuation method of civil servants withdrawal mechanism and exit barriers are presented in chapter 3. Problems existing in the active withdrawal mechanism of civil servants are elucidated in chapter 4. Finally, from three respects, the suggestions on further perfecting the civil servants withdrawal mechanism are presented in chapter 5.This paper discusses the Chinese civil servants withdrawal mechanism and also provides a new method on the civil servants withdrawal mechanism. From the theory and practice points of view, a reference method of civil servants withdrawal mechanism is proposed. |
