Our Government Information Resources Sharing Research

The Contemporary society has entered the era of information technology. With economic development and social progress, the global information age is becoming more and more rapidly, As one of the three resources, information resources, play an increasingly important role in people’s lives, People pay more attention to the sharing of government information resources. With the acceleration of the process as the core of e-government information technology, people become increasingly strong demand for government information resources sharing. How to maximize the sharing of government information resources should become an important topic of concern. There are five parts of this paper:The first part is the introduction. First, it describes the research background, research significance and research status of our country and foreign countries, with the result to introduce the reason of choosing this topic. Then, it simply describes the research methods and the main innovation of the paper.The second part first defined the concepts involved in this paper, includes information resources, government information resources, and then described the Theoretical basis and its significanceThe third part first analyzes the Development Status of government information resources sharing in our country; then, it gives the details of main problems in practice of management departments of all levels; finally, it deeply analyzes the main reason of the problems.The fourth part analyzes the features of government information resources sharing in America, Britain, Japan and Singapore. It also summarizes the inspirations to our country, attempted to provide experiences to the construction of government information resources sharing decision-making mode in our country.The fifth part describes the details how to improve the ability of government information resources sharing decision-making thinking in our country, combined with describing the status of the actual rules, organization system and legal system construction of government information resources sharing of our own, attempting to provide references to our decision-making practice.The sixth part mainly describes the research conclusions of this paper.
