The Research On The Mode Of Government Information Resources Collaborative Sharing In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Rigion

With the development of regional economy,the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has been put on the agenda.As a national and regional planning strategic deployment,government information resources collaborative sharing in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has a great strategic significance on promoting intra-regional exchange and optimizing the allocation of resources.Basing on information flow theory,public goods theory and the theory of public resources allocation,this paper construct four information resources sharing modes from space range of horizontal,vertical,cross and stereo shape.They are in the field of point to point information sharing model,domain internal information platform model,open web service model and regional public information platform model.In the empirical part,with the method of questionnaire survey,we have studied the problems existing in the government information resources sharing of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region at present.According to the present situation of regional information,we put forward four recommendations,which are intended to build a good environment for the promotion information resources sharing mode.With the combination of theory and practice,this paper not only enrich the theoretical basis of the sharing of information resources,but also provide reference for the government information resources sharing in the region.
