The servicemen Social Security is a financial security plan implemented bythe national legislation. The purpose is to make the military interests inaccordance with the law to protect the legitimate rights and interests ofservicemen and improve the social status and material benefits of the soldiersand military stability, to ensure national security and social stability. All along, thestate attaches greatly to the social security problems, especially in the group ofmilitary personnel. Since it began, which had experienced decades ofdevelopment and improvement, has formed a relatively rich and independentsocial security system of the Chinese soldiers. With the development ineconomics, the social security of Chinese military personnel in the actuallyoperating had appeared lots of new contradictions and problems. Mainly in thefollowing aspects: First is the non-continuity of a social security; Second is a lagof a social security; Third is lack of social nature in social security; Fourth is thediversity in the social security management. The social security of servicemen isdetermined by the specific needs of the community, which is an effective measureto stabilize morale and enhance the military cohesion. This paper analysis thehistory of the Social Security of Chinese soldiers and contrasts the status offoreign military security system, with the special circumstances of Chineseeconomic development, that point the practical significance in building themilitary and the integration of the social security system. At the same time, withthe experience from the soldiers of developed countries,A model of military andthe integration of the social security system has been designed.
