Hongsipu in the central zone of Ningxia, started its ecological migrants attempt in the end of last century, This text is based on the field work in a Muslim ecological migration village in dahexiang of Hongsipu area, through two aspects about natural ecology and humanity ecology to survey the construction of migrants community. After more than ten years of development, the immigration village has got rid of its material poverty state, ecological environment of the old place and the new place has been greatly improved, with the rapid urbanization of this new immigration area and a large number of people get out to find a job, and the information dissemination of modern media, the original closed environment was broken down, communication with the outside world in a large-scale, not only people has a strong modern sense-adapt to market economy actively, and the pursuit of modern science and technology, education and culture, but also with a strong cultural consciousness, committed themselves to keep up and practice their own traditional culture. The history of this immigrant village shows us that eco-migration has achieved ecological improvement, protection and human development, has already got a win-win situation and sustainable development.
