Contribution Study For Learning-party Building Of The Main Leaders Of CPC

CPC puts forward a proposition "Construction of a learning party",is not only for adapting changing environment, learning from the theory of learning society and organization; but also benefited from its experience that always show the importance of study. The process of building learning-party, although shares many similarities with learning organization, but in the value orientation, theoretical origin and specific operation it has unique historical logic.Combing the theoretical and practical contribution of Mao, Deng, Jiang, Hu on buliding learning-party by and intercomparing their contribution, the article tries to find out the inherent laws of how CPC deal with learning problems, and what a learning party may trend of reasoning in the next period.The conclusion is that the construction of learning-party will continue to adhere to two main line, one is to persist in the proletarian nature and purpose of the party, the other is to enhance the creativity, cohesion and strength of CPC.
