But currently, due to there is a shortage of long-term care service for disabled elderly supply, high costs of care service, lack of service equipment and service group, the development of long-term care service regulation for disabled elderly has been restricted.At the end of the paper, according to the conclusion that the analysis gains and draw lessons from other developed countries about the long-term care service, the author propose "government-led, home-based, community-based, institutions to support " four-in-one development ideas, and recommend rely on legal system, sources of funding, long-term care insurance system, caring service institution, service content and professional caring group to perfect the long-term care service for disabled elderly.
