Corruption not only destroys democratic systems and values, moralsand social justice but also imperils sustainable development and theconstruction legal systems. Corrupt crime is not a unique phenomenon insome country. It has become a universal issue harassing internationalcommunity. At present, corrupt crime has stood out in all issues that theseplanets of life cares most and worry severely and turns into the root ofnumerous social problems and contradictions. The United Nationsanti-corruption convention is the first law document in the history ofUnited Nations guiding the international anti-corruption battle, also thefirst most integrated comprehensive international convention ofinnovation about dealing with corrupt crime. The convention hasestablished constitutions preventing corruption. Prevention is regardedas the foundation of effectively containing corruption by the convention, at the same time it proposes some measures. It has become an incorruptgovernment experience identified by the majority countries, rejoins eveninternational society to establish even perfect special corruptionprevention agencies and strengthen the efficiency of corruptionprevention. Now to construct China’s corruption prevention system bycombining the United Nations anti-corruption conventions regulations,relative laws home and abroad China’s situation has become an importantissue in anti-corruption.From the view of the cause of corruption phenomenon, its danger andtend the prevention system of the United Nations anti-corruption, thepractice about corruption prevention home and abroad to discuss, lookingforward to have an effect on the system of Chinese distinguishingcorruption prevention and practice of anti-corruption task the wholepaper can be divided into three sections: introduction, body, conclusionand the body includes four chapters.The first chapter: It paid more attention on discussing thesignificant, current global corruption situations, foundations anddangerous of corruption and the new tendency of corruption using a vividreality to account for a radical issues that corruption phenomena existin every country. There isn’t a land of idyllic beauty but different inthe degree.The second chapter: Firstly it recommended the background of theestablishment of the establishment of the United Nations anti-corruptionconvention, Put emphasis on analyzing the second chapter of the UnitedNations corruption convention, the theories, contents concrete measuresand significances of the prevention organizing prescribed by convention.Discussed the relationship between punishment and prevention.Integrated the regulations of convention from different views at thesame time in reference to experience about anti-corruption home and abroad to summarize successful experience.The third chapter: Proposed relative propose aiming at the presentsituation and disadvantage of our current prevention task, which can beintroduced from four aspects: perfecting the legislation, Regulationguarantee, Institution setting, International cooperation.
