To the villages and towns government basic public services of the public satisfaction evaluation research, is actually a process of communicating with people, through such communication, the change of the government can always meet the public demand, timely adjust the policy direction, to meet the changing requirements of people.In this paper, first of all, basic public services and public satisfaction of villages and towns government illustrates the core concept, secondly, in the satisfaction of the relevant theory, under the guidance of the new public service theory to the analysis of the township government basic public services, in the full understanding of the related model of foreign and domestic relevant model, based on this, for Q township of satisfaction index model is built. Secondly, according to the survey data of Q town in yunnan province, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and according to the actual situation, establish a needs assessment object system, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for evaluation of line. Using the objective value assignment method of factor analysis method to determine the relative weights, in the validity of the data, the reliability test, the data for statistical analysis. Results showed that the Q of villages and towns of the four types of basic public services the level of the overall level of satisfaction in 60 or so, and in the level of satisfaction in the 29 secondary index between 60 to 70 points, also have the satisfaction of individual items for more than 80 points, has reached the state of satisfaction, in comparison, the agricultural technology service, service to increase farmers’income, provide employment services to guide and provide land expropriation, compensation, management services, public services in the above rating scores are relatively low, finally, according to the evaluation results, in view of the relatively low score several public services and to improve the overall level of public satisfaction general situation put forward the corresponding suggestion.
