Study On The Chinese Ngos’ Classification And The Relationship Between The Government And The NGOs

The NGOs have grown fast with the rise of global association’s revolution since1970, and now play an more and more important role both on the international and domestic stage. The country with riper NGOs in the west has already established a cooperation relationship between the government and NGOs. In China, the NGOs are booming and play an more and more important role in public administration. As a result, the relationship between the government and NGOs becomes a hot research issue. Currently, the government and NGOs make good cooperation in public area, however, many problems exist and need to be solved urgently. Therefore, it is urgent and significant to search and realize the positive interaction between our government and the NGOs to promote the healthy development of the NGOs.The analysis of this paper is from general to peculiarity, then back to general. This paper includes six chapters. The first part introduces the reason and significance of this topic, the research achievements at home and abroad and the research ideas and methods. The second part analyses and clarifies the definition and classification of the NGOs, and then chooses three typical kind of NGOs such as the Government operated, the grass roots and INGO, to analyse in the next three chapters. From the third to the fifth chapter, this paper deeply and detailedly discusses the relationship between the three typical NGOs and the government on the basis of analysis and description of the three cases. The last part proposes the idea of building trusting relationship between the government and NGOs based on the previous analysis.It is newly and creatively of this paper to discuss the relationship between the government and NGOs thoroughly and carefully in the microcosmic field based on the three cases. It provides not only the basic theory but a new angle for the further research of relationship between the government and NGOs.
