In Overseas Ngos Management Research

International NGOs are important in terms of development, stability, and opening-up of Tibet. With the tendency of internationalization of "Tibet issue" stronger, more and more international NGOs pay attention to Tibet and go there to carry out cooperation and exchanges. Tibet is a politically sensitive ethnic frontier region with backward economic and social development, where "3·14"incident took place and now the situation of social stability is austere.
