Enter the new century, our country’s civil society organizations (CSOs) develop rapidly and actively participate in the management of public domain and in the domestic and international stage have played an important role. Especially the wenchuan earthquake happened, our country civil society organizations actively take part in the earthquake rescue, in the materials of collection and management, volunteers to mobilize and management, organization coordination and post-disaster reconstruction has played an important role, and share in the part of the government pressure, act as the government’s right-hand man. But, as our country’s civil society groups of participating in the process of earthquake relief there exist in the lack of prevention, shortage of cash, professional and technical level is low and their own ability is weak, This requires our country civil society organizations should conform to the trend of The Times, and to actively seek their own development, so as to better adapt to the need of public crisis management, realize the public crisis management of civil society organizations involved in the orderly.This paper attempts to from political perspective, using the research methods of literature study, case analysis and comparative research, takes civil society organizations participation in the wenchuan earthquake for example,and analyses our country’s civil society organizations participation in public crisis management of the present situation, the advantages and disadvantages, mode and the condition and shows the participation is trended to orderly.
