Kashgar of xinjiang provinces faced to the good opportunity that municipalities arerebuilding kashigar. If kashigar want to seize the opportunity to promote regional economicdevelopment and social stability, the government of kashi areas will make further effortwhich is enhancing work ability construction. At present,improving the execution civilservants will improve the work efficiency of the government in kashgar. Training is themost effective way to improve the level of job of civil servants,because training for humancapital investment is an important form. Training can promote the development ofeconomy and the improvement of human level. By strengthening the training of civilservants will reach the effect in kashgar. Therefore,civil servants training have theimportant meaning to the current development of kashgar areas.The study object of this article is the current civil servant training in kashgar, andwriter first understood civil servants training remarkable results, the present situation byinvestigating and interviewing in kashgar. then knew seven major problems about the civilservants training in kashgar,for example, contradiction between training and working,conservative training method, less timeliness. According to the main problem, writeranalysised problems of subjective and objective causes. At last, writer based on thedomestic and foreign civil service training experience, gave four big ways to go to improvecivil service training in kashgar: training institutions and civil servants from a subjective toset up the correct training concept, clearing the purpose of training; From the teachingmethod, teaching materials and courses, innovating bilingual training mode; Strengthen thetraining base construction; The solution of the method from different multi-level training,and enhancing the training effect contradiction expected to promote public servants trainingin kashgar further perfection.
