As a special tourism value of the rural landscape, the protection and development of ancient villages plays an important role in the new rural construction. How to coordinate the relationship between the new rural construction and the protection and utilization of the ancient village, became the hot of economic, social, tourism, architecture and other disciplines in recent years, and the main content of this paper.This thesis begins with the construction of new rural and the research process of protection of the ancient villages, as the status of the current development of new rural areas and the protection of the ancient village, analyzes the protection necessity of the ancient village in the new rural construction. Then, by analyzing the connotation of the new rural construction, seriously analyzed the relationship between the utilization of new rural construction and the protection of ancient village:instruct by the core content of new rural20-word principle, from the development of production and the ancient village of the industry, easy living and the life of the ancient village, folk customs of rural civilization and the ancient village, clean and tidy village and the environmental remediation of ancient villages, and democratic management and the ancient village management system, this thesis analyzes from the five aspects of development and pointed out the problems with the five aspects, also make strategies to the problems.In the case research, based on the fifth historical and cultural village board Liang Middle Kingdom, the author made a depth research in five aspects:the development of plate girder industry, the life of resident, the custom of the rural, the appearance of village, and the management of ancient village. Analyses the opportunities and challenges brought by the new rural construction of the Middle Kingdom of plate girder, and make corresponding countermeasures to how to seize opportunities and meet the challenges.In the rapid development of society, The protection of the ancient village and The new rural construction both are equally important. The smooth development of the new rural construction, increase the intensity of the ancient village of traditional architecture and features of cultural preservation to reduce the extent of the damage of the new rural construction on the ancient village, use the preferential policies of the new rural construction, develop its superior resources appropriately, and promote local economic development, thereby accelerating the pace of the new rural construction.
