A Perspective Study On China’s Carbon Diplomatic Thoughts In The View Of On Contradiction Of Marxism

This paper conducts a perspective study and analysis on China’s carbon diplomatic thoughts in viewing angle of contradiction and harmony, analyzes the essence and core of contradiction in dialectical relationship between contradiction and harmony, so as to promote the establishment of carbon diplomatic thoughts in our country, reasonably handle and deal with carbon diplomacy, finally achieves the carbon foreign policy with aim of harmony, and takes basic principles of Marxism as the guidance for continuous development and perfection of China’s carbon diplomacy.United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and Kyoto Protocol initiate the first year of international "carbon polity", all countries in the worlds begin to perform greatly expansion in climate polity, new energy, and other aspects, rape of developed countries for world resources is increasingly intensified, and the methods are continuously renewed; the contradiction between environment and development is highlightened in developing countries, contradiction between developing and developed countries becomes more and more serious; United Nations also take "carbon polity" as the key to revive the status of United Nations, the world is facing a new technical revolution, governments and organizations all struggle for the discourse right of this trend, so as to hold the leading position in new international structure. Carbon diplomacy appears exactly in a brand new field of Chinese political life under the splendid background of this new age of civilization, and gradually becomes the hot point of academic research and the frontier interdiscipline.The paper firstly overviews the relevant theories of contradiction and harmony, illustrates several characteristics of contradiction and the interaction between contradiction and harmony, makes analysis and summary on foreign advanced carbon diplomatic thoughts and policies, and proposes that China’s carbon diplomacy development should take foreign advanced carbon diplomatic thoughts and ideas as reference. Based on the above-mentioned, it reasonably analyzes the present development situation of our countries, and works out the development of carbon diplomacy that wholly suits to the present stage of China.At last, according to the preceding text analysis, the development of carbon diplomacy in our country needs to correctly solve the primary and secondary contradictions, immediate and long-term contradictions, contradiction between human and environment, and to formulate the carbon diplomatic policy that suits to China. This paper takes carbon diplomacy as the primary conception, applies on Contradiction of Marxism to analyze the problems of carbon emission in current governments all over the world, and how China government should do to actively cope with this situation.
