| Democracy is the inevitable result of development of political civilization of mankind, is also the ultimate goal of socialist construction. The Villagers’ Autonomy, as the core of rural basic level democracy, has taken root, and made a series of achievements. In the early2000s, the central government proposed the great idea of building a New Socialist Countryside,"Democratic Management" is an important part. As a subsystem of the rural society, Rural Communication plays an important role in rural democracy, so it is significant to study it.This study using empirical research methods combination of questionnaire survey and case interview, Liantan village Zhanggou town of Xiantao city, for example. The thesis is discussed in four aspects by analyzing the survey data from the questionnaires and explaining the case data from the deep interviews, draw a conclusion that the Rural Communication has an important influence in the political democracy in rural areas.The study suggest that Rural Communication has an important influence in the realization of political democracy in rural areas, it can guarantee the quality of democratic elections, raise the level of democratic management, promote the output of the democratic decision-making, and contribute to the realization of democratic supervision. Rural communication can play a role, mainly through the medium itself and its dissemination of information train the concept of a farmers’ political democracy, and a variety of communication strategy strengthen the supply of rural democratic political system, the flow of information maintain the completion of the process of rural political practice.According to the study, this article considers that improving Rural Communication environment by enhancing farmers’ media literacy by education, using policies to promote the development of the rural class media, and speeding up the construction of rural information, make Rural Communication to play a greater role in democratic politics in rural areas, and achieve the grand goal of building a harmonious rural society. |
