Proposals On Improve The Social Endowment Insurance System

Rural Social Security Social Security system is an important part of the law. but the social pension insurance is binary which is determined by the auspices of the dual economic and social structures with the introduction of the urban-rural dual economic structure in China. Compared with urban residents rural residents are difficult to achieve their right to social security. Firstly, this article has a briefly description about the historical development of rural social endowment insurance system. Then the author epitomize the status of China’s rural social pension insurance legislation and analysis the current legislation of the rural social endowment insurance problems. Finally, on the basis of reflecting on the existing rural social endowment insurance legal system. This paper combines with practical experience abroad, put forward personal views and suggestions in improving rural social pension insurance legislation.Thus we must build a new social pension insurance system, which is in line with China’s national conditions and easy connection of social insurance with the city’s rural, to fundamentally solve the pension problems of farmers.
