| A mass of floating population swarmed into city brought about the special group---the children of rural migrant workers. With the growing of the number of floating population greatly, the pattern of migration also changed:the proportion of people moved with their families rose obviously, and the migrant would rather to live in the new place for a long time. So the social began to pay attention to the floating children gradually, the education problem became the new focus. The future development of the floating children will decided by environment they grow, and the development also decided their contribution to the society in turn. Focusing on the social adaption of the floating children has profound reality significance.The present paper selected540students randomly and carried on questionnaire survey. The result shows that the floating children’s life in the city is in conflict coexist with adaption and the floating children are able to recognize and adapt to the city life in some degree. And the family’s flowing has caused some trouble in their learning and social identity, interpersonal communication, response to frustrations, which lead to some problem such as be withdrawn, unsocial, academic difficulty. To eliminate the negative influence which caused by environment change and help the floating children adjust to city society as soon as possible needs a joint effort from all kinds of social power to create a good living environment.The present paper put forward corresponding educational countermeasures to improve the floating children’s social adaption based on such analysis and study,and point out we should face up to the existing social maladjustment problems in floating children, school and teachers should focus on the floating children’s poor vulnerable areas to improve, and at the same time pay attention to build a harmonious campus environment to provide a good external support for the floating children to adjust to city society as soon as possible. |
