Study On The Social Participation Of The Youth Self-organization And Its Impact To The Social Stability In New Era

With the development of society, some new social organizations began to emerge,filling the blank of social demand which can’t be satisfied before, providing a lot ofresource that can’t be supplied depending on the market mechanism. A part of theemerging social organizations joined social welfare services, practicing of the socialresponsibility, to assume the social public service function, making social developmentdiversified trend. Youth Self organization is a new type of social organization; it ismostly a number of formed spontaneously, informal social organizations. Because ofcommon interests, the young people got together spontaneously, committing to a socialissue. The crowd is relatively fixed, the form is relatively loose, and it is a miniature ofthe society development. On contemporary, China is in the transition period of rapiddevelopment, unity and prosperity of various social groups are essential in Chinesesocial development. For youth, their successfully getting into social groups and reachinga basic consensus with other social values may be related to the social solidarity andcommon prosperity. As a part of the National Social Science Fund issue, this paperfocuses on the Youth Self organization of social participation and social stability, thefirst chapter introduces the research background, significance and the results of previousstudies; the second chapter focuses on introducing the correlation theory about thearticle; the third chapter introduces Youth Self organization how to participate insociety; the fourth chapter discussed the relationship between the social participation ofthe Youth Self organization and the social stability, there are complementaryrelationship between the two, the social participation of the organization can make itsmembers obtaining self satisfaction, and their social activities will do a great help tosocial stability; the fifth chapter through the analysis of the field research cases make usbetter understanding the relationship between Youth Self organization’s socialparticipation and social stability, the case analysis mainly from interest demand, modeof action, action effect these three aspects; the sixth chapter mainly discussed the betterway to guiding the participation of the members of the Youth Self organization; theseventh chapter is the conclusion part, in this part, the author points out theshortcomings and the research progress. Through the seven parts’ analysis, the authorthinks the Youth Self organization having positive effect in meeting the demand of theyoung people, propagation the harmonious culture, providing social service through their diverse social participation way. But it may also conflict with formal organization,and make adverse opinion. So we need to give a good guide to the Youth Selforganization, so that it can better participate in society and make a contribution in socialstability.
