The Study Of Legal Institutions On The Electronic Wastes Recycling And Treatment

With the development of electronic technology and the popularity of the electronics products, the quantity of electronic wastes has rapid growth. Electronic wastes seriously pollute the environment, and bring about the problems of source and energy waste and so on. The problem of electronic wastes has attract the close and wide attentions. Our country pay the attention and get research on it more late, we have formulate a lot of legal and regulations but we haven’t build the electronic recycling and treatment system yet, the recycling and treatment rely on market driving and spontaneity. For the benefit driving and the lack of relevant regulations, it lead the environment pollution and the source waste problems and so on. This paper is based on the current status of our country’s electronic waste and take example by developed country’s advanced experience, suggesting to clear the main bodies’ obligations and responsibilities on the electronic recycling and treatment. Improve the ways and methods of the electronic recycling and treatment,build the compulsory recycling system and so on. I hope we can build our country’s electronic waste recycling and treatment system, realise the electronic waste resource recovery and utilization and harmless disposal.
