Our Current Population Of The Public Security Management Issues And Policy Research

Since reform and opening, China’s increasing industrialization, urbanization, population movement is accelerating at an unprecedented rate, more and more surplus labor from economically less developed areas to the relatively developed areas, from rural to urban.Security management of floating population is the focus of police work in grass-roots level, whose main task is to grasp the population and the social order and social relations, control the dynamics of criminal suspects and activity patterns, for the effective implementation of security management and prevention of crimes to provide a reliable basis, and according to the social order that may cause harm to give the key personnel into the Line survey control, eliminate risks, to ensure safety. The current household registration system so that a large number of floating population in the cities can not be integrated into the management system, so that the flow of population living outside the system is always in high crime state, which is the floating population to the social order and stability and an important reason for a huge risk, but also lead to population management of the public security organs faces enormous opportunities and challenges, the new era of floating population management mechanism is also in the exploration and construction phase.This paper attempts to collect and analyze the literature, field research, the household registration system and the flow of China’s current population status of research, in-depth analysis of its problems ariseReasons, hoping thus to draw some inspiration to strengthen liquidity management approach to security measures for the population, and propose a solution suggestions, hoping to promote the flow of the household registration system reform and innovation in point of population to play a role in security management system for the harmonious development of social and economic for some useful exploration.
