Marx’s Theory Of Social Organism And The Construction Of Harmonious Society

In Marx’s theory of social development, its social organism theory has greatsignificance to the construction of a harmonious society. This paper systematicallyelaborates the main content of the social organism theory of Marx and its basiccharacteristics, and expounds the basic requirements of a harmonious society with afull range of multi-angle. Also this paper unities the social organism theory of Marxand building a harmonious society organically. In this paper, documentary research,comparative analysis and theory with practice are applied. So we can see that Marx’ssocial organism theory provides theoretical support and methodological guidance forthe construction of harmonious society through comprehensive analysis.Marx’s social organism based on the mode of production is an integral part withmutual influence and mutual restriction relations; it is composed of the naturalenvironment, population, productivity, production relations, the politicalsuperstructure, and social ideology overall; it is as a whole including a man and man,man and nature, human and social harmony. The theory has characteristics such asintegrity, openness, and self-organization. It is significantly different from themechanistic thinking of Comte, Spencer and others, and it is also different from themodern western theory of social development based on the abstract theory of humannature. Marx’s social organism theory is built on the basis of historical materialism,and it describes the specific social reality and social relations. So it is rich in content,scientific, and has distinct characteristics. In the present era, it is full of vigor andvitality.The contents of building a harmonious society include economic construction,political construction, cultural construction and social construction. They influenceand restrict each other, and can not neglect any one in the building of a harmonioussociety. With the further development of the world economy, social developmentappears a series of contradictions and problems. So building a harmonious socialrelation becomes a great concern to the general public. Only by adhering to theguidance of Marxist social organism theory to build a harmonious society, thebuilding of a harmonious society can be successfully.
