Analysis Of Influential Factors On The Settled Intention Of Migrant Workers Against The Background Of Different Land Disposition

With the continuous reform of the economic system and social structure, the rural migrant workers into the city part of the restrictive policies of the industry gradually relaxed, free movement of labor between urban and rural areas in. However, because of the household registration system, migrant workers is difficult to enjoy equal employment opportunities of local residents, children’s education, health care and other public service subsidies in the city.How to eliminate the identity of migrant workers in urbanization process of the rapid development of the septum, gradually, in order to promote their settling down in cities is the focus of the development of China’s urbanization.It is Survey data of459migrant workers in Dalian City urban household registration into a research perspective, willingness to be divided into non-default contexts settled willingness and settled in the Migrant Workers exit the contracted land contexts settled willingness and exit homestead contexts settled three levels, and to explore the influencing factors on migrant Workers will affect its internal impact mechanism.First,this paper based on the theory of push-pull theory, new economic migration theory, binary economic theory influencing factors willingness to build a new migrant workers into the city settled theoretical model, based on the use of descriptive statistical analysis of each factor on Migrant Workers settled in the willingness of the overall situation.The results show that it has high correlation among the demographics factors (level of education, living time, marriage),economic factors (income, housing), psychosocial factors (attending the activities organized by the government or the community, most friends are city dwellers, identity, impression of city), land disposal factors (contracted land treatment way and house land disposal method) with the migrant workers’willing to become urban residents.And then,this paper established the logistic regression model to analysis the factors of migrant workers’willingness of settling into the city in different context. The results show that:(1) When migrant workers are asked to hand over the rural land for exchange the city identity,their willingness of settling into the city will decrease rapidly.(2) If migrant workers are not required to hand over the rural land, their willingness of settling into the city is significantly impacted by the level of education, urban housing situation, land disposals of contracted land and residential land.(3) If migrant workers are required to hand over the contracted land, even both contracted land and residential land, level of education and urban housing situation still have significant effect on their willingness of settling into the city, at the same time, the role of psychological adaptation is displayed gradually. Therefore, when to develop migrant workers’ city settled policy is necessary to focus on improving their citizenization ability, but also to improve the rural land exit compensation mechanism and promote the transfer of rural land.
