With the economic and social development, the pace of urbanization acceleratinghas become more faster. A large number of rural surplus labor has become an importantchallenge for China’s economic development and social reform. With the birth of the newgeneration of migrant workers, it has become the difficulty of urbanization process.Objectively, the urban-rural dual economic structure caused by urban and rural labormarkets separated and employment discrimination is widespread. In October2010, theparty’s seventh session of the Fifth Plenary Session to address the transfer of labor forceas a priority to promote the employment of farmers, increasing the wage income in ruralareas. The city of the new generation migrant workers into the employment problem notonly related to the effective transfer of rural surplus labor, but also related to China’sindustrial structure upgrade, the competitiveness of human resources and the harmoniousdevelopment of society.This thesis based on the actual situation of employment from the new generation ofmigrant workers in Liaoning Province and Issued500copies of questionnaires intoemployment on the new generation of migrant workers cities in Liaoning Province. Atthe same time, using SPSS software to analyze the survey data, to find the limitingfactors about the influencing of the generation migrant workers.This thesis consists of five parts:Chapter1: introducing the definition of relevat concepts and basic theory,the basictheory including equity theory,labor Lewis labor mobolity model and so on.Chapter2: Liaoning Province generation of migrant workers employment status andexisting problems. The focus of analysis of the natural conditions of the new generationof migrant workers in Liaoning Province, employment of inter-generational differences,employability, employment opportunities and employment trends.And proposed fourproblems, wage levels, job training and services, social inclusion and social protection.Chapter3: specifically addressed the impact factors of Liaoning Province of the newgeneration of migrant workers into employment. Mainly including three aspects:institutional factors, social factors and personal factors.Chapter4: An empirical test of the model. Testing the wage income, interpersonal, and the current selection and employment immersive and drawing the appropriateconclusions.Chapter5: Research conclusions. Based on the perspective of the whole urban andrural employment marketing policy, Proposing measures of promoting the newgeneration of migrant workers in Liaoning Province.
