In the context of rural social transformation, the villagers’collective breach of contract has not the same meaning. Contradict each other of breach of contract is a village of traditional practices and modern contract, collective action is the game between the villagers. Thus, the villagers’collective breach of contract is to understand an important point of view of rural society. Agreement in the village situation, the macro background, which reflects the three-situational background:First, the total practice of traditional villages and modern contract, the second is the state power of the external confirmation and village autonomy and the third is the power of a small number of cadres and most of the villagers’rights.Villagers’collective breach of contract action on the basis of the village situational background, the villagers’collective breach of contract contrasting the situation of the village. Specific to the event context, the microscopic processes of collective breach of contract from the villagers, the careful description of the interaction between villagers and cadres, between the villagers and the villagers, during which the experience of multi-point trigger, words compete, operational tactics and epilogue constitute a complete collective action. During the different actors in the way of the discourse situation interpretation, highlight some kind of situational factors at the same time, situational interpretation under the formation of a large area within the territory of small situations, when individuals respond positively to a small situation, it creates situations resonance as a collective action situation. It is in the transition of different situations, collective action is constantly pushing forward, stop until the situation interpretation, it is difficult to achieve situational resonance, collective action attributed to silence.
