Industrialized new rural communities are the emergence of China’s economic and social development of a miniature, industrialized, city deep into the process of Chinese industrialization, city changes revolution. Because the majority of cases, industrialization is to pull the rural community in the endoplasmic reticulum in industrialized, city to change key factors, culture as the " soft factors " are far from the attainment of community and development level required, so the industrialized new rural community culture with distinct characteristics of the times, practice significance and research value.In order to choose an appropriate point of the view, this paper chooses medium application as the breakthrough point, from industrialized new rural communities residents and organizations of all kinds of media application research proceed with, trying to discover the industrialized new rural communities culture, cultural contact, cultural needs, cultural expectation. In Guangdong Province Dongguan market town of Caibai white case sample interview and investigation, we find that the current industrialized new rural communities media application main problem has five aspects namely, the communicators, the content, the medium, the audience and the communication effect. The root cause of these problems can be traced back to certain aspects of the current social system, yet drawbacks in financial investment, resource utilization, citizen consciousness and media technology might also cast impact on community communication.In order to improve the media application status, resolve related issues, industrialized new rural communities can begin from the following respects:one is to improve the organization and management system; two is the increasing financial input; three is to increase community resources integration efforts; four is to cultivate modern citizens’consciousness; five is to increase communication technology development and promotion efforts. In the implementation of the measures under the conditions of industrialization of new rural communities, media ’s positive role can play a greater degree of industrialization, so as to new rural community culture construction provides strong support.
