Especially the Yellow River in Qinghai section, the planning and construction of hydroelectric station23, the total installed capacity of1953million kilowatts.At present, the Yellow River in Qinghai Province has built Longyangxia, Lijiaxia seven large and medium-sized hydropower stations, the total installed capacity of5.63million kilowatts. In the construction of large and medium-sized hydropower stations have Laxiwa, Jishixia and so on, the installed capacity of about7.61million kilowatts. The reservoir inundation impact involves three states, seven counties,34townships,120administrative villages of the masses as well as arable grassland. Qinghai Province reservoir relocation from1979to the present, the resettlement areas remains difficult, the production management system development is weak, low quality of the population, the low standard of living, and these issues seriously hindered the reservoir area of economic and social development. Therefore, how to properly handle the problems good reservoir resettlement, and how to promote sustainable economic development of the reservoir resettlement area is worth exploring and thinking.In this paper on the basis of existing research results, combined with the actual Qinghai province to the sustainable development theory, the circulation economic theory, resource value transfer theory and related theory basis for research, through the rational development and utilization of natural resources, policy guidance, training education and support in the later stage of the solution to the immigration measures gradually in the social economy development in the problems in life, and guide immigration gradually development production, out of poverty, to achieve the restructuring of the economic and social system of the resettlement area. |
