The Research Of Training System Based On Recruited Communications Sergeants’ Competence Model

With the continuous improvement of modernization and informatization of ourarmy, as the core force of the soldiers, combat effectiveness basis, main operator of theweapons and equipment, the communications sergeants’ competency have a crucialimpact on communications troops. Along with the adjustment of the national policies,every year a large number of students enthusiastically join the army, adding new bloodto the communications troops, improving cultural level and knowledge structure ofcommunication soldiers, raising the overall quality．It is an important research topic formilitary modernization to build a scientifically reasonable training system based oncommunication sergeants competence model, which has a very urgent practicalsignificance for improving the quality of training and deepen the reform of sergeantseducation．The paper studied the management, psychological quality, and role transformationof university graduates who enter the training for new sergeants. It contains six parts.Firstly, the paper shows the purpose and method of research; secondly, basicprinciples of training and competency mode lare carried on. In the third chapter, thepaper give a sketch of basic status and human resources constitute of recruitedcommunications sergeants, emphasizing on the problem of new sergeants training. Thefourth part sets up recruited sergeant competence model. Theoretical analyses aregiving about related policies, roles, functions and jobs of recruited communicationssergeants. A variety of methods about competency model are used to survey recruitedcommunications sergeants, and the opinions and suggestions of the Expert Group areenquired. Fifthly, Training system of recruited communications sergeants is designedwhich is based on competence characteristic model. Finally, the results of this study aresummarized and future research directions are discussed.
