The Knowledge Modeling And Effect On Disaster Diffusion Of Hazard Bearing Body Vulnerability

With the national economy development and frequent natural disaster, hazard assessment for the purpose of disaster reduction is particular important. Due to geographical hazard bearing body is very selective for disaster losses, coupled with difficulty analyzing and controlling of hazard factor, academia gradually shift the focus of hazards assessment to more fundamental hazard bearing body. Hazard bearing body vulnerability is the focus of the assessment, including the assessment of individual vulnerability and disaster diffusion among vulnerable hazard bearing body. Because there are field limitations in many existing research of hazard bearing body vulnerability, this paper build the common analytical framework of hazard bearing body vulnerability, and improve the hazards assessment system.Firstly, this paper analyses the nature and basic components of hazard bearing body, the hazard bearing body vulnerability concept for emergency field is defined. Based on the theory of knowledge element, the commonality entity and relation elements of hazard bearing body vulnerability are extracted, hazard bearing body vulnerability knowledge model is built. Representation, integration and storage methods of hazard bearing body vulnerability also are given. After researching the diffusion mechanism of the disaster among the vulnerable hazard bearing body and mapping the hazard bearing body vulnerability knowledge to cellular model, the disaster diffusion model among bearing body vulnerability is built, focusing on the effect of vulnerability on disaster diffusion. Finally, forest vulnerability knowledge model and fire diffusion model are built in the background of forest fires. The forest vulnerability in fire is assessed, and diffusion rate, vulnerability state, diffusion direction of fires is analyzed.In this paper, the hazard bearing body knowledge model provides a universal vulnerability analysis framework and reduces the limitations among different fields of hazard bearing body knowledge. Moreover, the established hazard diffusion model under the effect of hazard bearing body can identify and predicate the part of disaster diffusion, and provide the guidance for blocking of the disaster.
