Study Problems In The Party Building Of "Two New" Organizations

Since reform and opening-up, with the continuous development of the socialist market economy and the continuous adjustment of social structure, The non-public economic organizations and social organizations (hereinafter referred to as the " two new" organization), have developed rapidly in China. It has increasingly become an important force in the social and economic life, and has played an irreplaceable role in the promotion of employment, facilitating people’s life, adjusting the economic structure, transforming functions of government and achieving social harmony. Party building of "Two new" organizations has been expanded and deepened with "Two new" organizations’continuous development. And also, the important role it plays in Chinese national economic and social development determines that the Party building is bound to get more and more attention. The Party building of "Two new" organizations has become an important area in the party construction at grassroots level.This paper is based on practical significance and research practical results of the Party building in "Two new" organizations important, combined with status of the Party building in "Two new" organizations in Cangnan. From the aspect of the Party building, this paper focuses on analyzing the development of the Party building in Cangnan and the main problems in the Party building of Cangnan that need solving and reasons. What’s more, this paper emphatically analyzes how to strengthen and improve the strategies and ideas of the Party building in "Two new" organizations in Cangnan, in order to provide some ideas and methods to carry out the Party building of "Two new" organizations in the future.This paper argues that:the problems of ideological cognition, economic security, system and mechanism are the main reasons that the Party building of "Two new" organizations in Cangnan isn’t good enough.The ultimate purpose is to analyze the problems in the Party building of "Two new" organizations in Cangnan, and to set the objectives which the Party building of "Two new" organizations is faced with, and then to propose reasonable countermeasures to strengthen and improve the Party building of "Two new" organizations in Cangnan.
