Research On The Problems In Optimization Service Of The County-level Administrative Service Center

Establish a service-oriented government, deepening the reform of theadministrative examination and approval system, the government in the functionaltransformation process will put its function of public service in a more importantposition. Administrative Service Center, characterized by a "one-stop" service agencies,is an important mode of local governments’ innovation and platform in recent years.With more practice, the Administrative Service Centers have been gradually facing allkinds of confusions and contradictions. This thesis is research on the county-level cityAdministrative Service Center’s optimization service. After having an description of thebasic conditions of the provincial, municipal and county-level Administrative ServiceCenters, through transverse and longitudinal, comparative analysis the situations ofcounty-level Administrative Services Centers in Taicang city’s surrounding districts.And discuss the optimization services from theory, business scope and approach，E-government application，staff and public satisfaction. The last part is to makerecommendations for trying to solve the problems in the optimization service under allits aspects.
