Research On Sports Social Organization Participating In Community Sports Governance

The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has opened a new era of modern governance system and capacity building.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China that "we should carry out nationwide fitness activities extensively and speed up the construction of a strong sports country".With the opportunity of developing the 7th Military Games in Wuhan,we can promote the development of national fitness in Wuhan,mobilize social forces to participate in community sports governance,and give full play to the positive role and great value of sports social organizations in grass-roots sports governance.Influenced by historical and realistic factors,sports social organizations have not played their due role in grass-roots sports governance and are facing many difficulties and challenges.Based on these problems,this study takes social sports organizations to participate in community sports governance as the research object,and takes Wuhan sports social organization as the survey object.This study takes the theory of collaborative governance and the theory of good governance as the theoretical basis,takes the practice of Wuhan sports social organizations participating in community sports governance as the realistic basis,combines theory with practice,and uses scientific research methods such as literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and field observation to do research on the path of sports social organizations participating in community sports governance.This paper holds that the role of sports social organizations plays an important role in innovating social governance.Participation of sports social organizations in social governance is not only the proper meaning of the development of the times,but also an important subject of social governance.From the micro level,the participation of sports social organizations in community sports governance also constitutes an important subject of community governance.This paper analyzes the dilemma of social sports organizations participating in community sports governance can be summarized as five aspects: legal aspects,government governance,organization development,supervision and resident participation.And put forward the path choice of eliminating the predicament: to establish a perfect legal and regulatory system;to change the government’s thinking and achieve precise governance;from double supervision to compliance supervision;to improve the organizational governance structure,enhance organizational building capacity;to cultivate civic literacy andenhance the social identity of sports organizations.Participation of sports social organizations in community sports governance is not only a bottom-up process,but also a top-down process,in which the goal of good governance of grass-roots community governance is achieved.
