Countermeasures To Strengthen The Construction Of State-owned Research Institutes Team Spirit

The21st century is a brand new era of opportunities and challenges coexist. Domestic competition internationalization, the competition between the enterprises is beyond national borders, and into the world, knowledge economy has risen. The focus of the competition has changed, is no longer the decisive traditional factors such as resources, capital, size, but the soft power competition such as information, knowledge and concept. Virtually, it is ultimately a talent competition, depends not only on the personal qualities of the talents, but also the collaboration of talents, namely how to complementary team wisdom into full play. State-owned enterprises is located in a special place in our country, it plays an irreplaceable role in the development of the state-owned enterprises, industry technology increasing, China’s international competitiveness improve. How to make good use of the state-owned research institutes of the human resources advantage, make the state-owned research institutes promotes the development of state-owned enterprises, playing a pioneering role becomes the new topic.This article from the perspective of strengthening the construction of team spirit, and discusses how to promote the state-owned research institutes through improving the soft power of the state-owned research institutes. On the overall framework, this paper mainly divided into four parts:the first chapter the introduction part. Mainly introduced the reason of selecting of this topic, the research status and research significance, through learning the existing research, providing the basis for further discussion and direction. The second chapter is the combing of concerning theory. Introducing the relevant theory of the team and team spirit, then analyzing the connotation of team characteristics and team spirit. The third chapter is the state-owned research institutes team spirit construction analysis of the status quo. Combining with the reform and the development status of state-owned research institutes, analyses the gain and loss of state-owned research institutes team spirit construction, and do the reason analysis, indicate the direction for the last part puts forward countermeasures. The fourth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of state-owned research institutes team spirit. In this chapter first summarizes the theoretical foundation and concept of the team spirit construction, and combining with the actual of state-owned scientific research institutions, aiming at the existing problem of state-owned enterprises in the construction of team spirit put forward the countermeasures.
