The Research On The Multiple Subjects’ Involvement In Community Policing

In the context of today’s society management innovation, there are several issues within community police work need to be deal with, such as removing obstacles in socialized security work, exploit and utilize the role of social pluralism in the prevention and control of community policing, effectively consolidate the community resources to support social security administration. Currently the management of community policing has become effective in many areas of Zhejiang Province. However, we have not reached the status of:"under the party leadership, government takes responsibility, socially coordinate, public participate". In this paper, through the analysis of the traditional unified community policing model, and the challenges Cangnan County Public Security Bureau is facing during the development of community policing, with reference to Wenzhou’s successful story in the social security administration by involving multiple subjects, the development of the system and formation of community policing with the participation of the multiple parties is researched, by investigating the role of Public Security Bureau in Community Policing, by studying how to improve the ability of community self-defense. In this way a new methods for community policing is provided to correctly seize the development direction and focus of the public security organs, utilize the social recourses in social security management, and consolidate different social recourse to strengthen the management of social order.
