"Hub" social organization is a social intermediary organization, which is a brand new exploration under the background of great development for social organizations in China."Hub" social organization is the link between the government, society and social organizations, gradually becoming a main industry in constructing harmonious society and community construction innovation."Hub"social organization, as a bridge of crossover cooperation between "government and enterprise", plays an important role for the standard development mode for social organizations. Encouraging the development of "hub" social organization, is a working mechanism innovation in social management during the process of social construction in China, which is effectively changing the current situation of social organization without a definite management body, the gap between public service and demand, the immaturity of institutional development etc."Hub"social organization also helps to fill the deficiency in social management and public service provided by government.In this paper, the writer gives a perspective about the driven-background for "hub" social organization and the effective management mode through a series of related examples, data, and observation, trying to analyze the basic situation for China’s current social organization, especially the "hub"social organization and its function. The paper is mainly based on the case study from PuDong Youth League Committee, to explore the characteristics and the effective ways in forming "hub"social organization operation mechanism. In conclusion,"Speeding up idea transformation, improving scientific management, increasing service level, broadening resource sources" is the main idea of this paper.
