Under The Condition Of Informatization Research Military Organization Structure Reform In China

The information technology developed rapidly and the information production applied widely prompted the revolution of the new military affairs that begin the eighties in 21 century directly .Informationization is the nature and core of the new military affairs transformation, it is the fundamental form of the future war. Face the challenge of the new world military affairs transformation with the core of the informationization, our army has brought forward the strategic object construct informationnizing troops, win the informationization war". The first condition to win the informationization war is it must have informationization troops, it is sure that the framework of organization of informationization troops is different from the framework of organization of mechanized troops. To be frank, any troops and their framework of organization are serving for the victory, they must adapt to the need of the war, and therefore, the study of transformation of the framework of organization is imperative in the informationization condition.This article has been speeded out after analyzing the connotation of the normalization war, firstly expatiate four characteristics of the normalization war and six characteristics of the informationization troops, next ,bringing forward four targets that the framework of organization of troops, first is to realize the information flow fast and use it, second is to realize crackly and with highly effective, third is to strengthen the integrity in the army’s constitution, Forth is to enhance the whole fighting efficiency. Next it summed up five general trends of the transformation about the troop framework of organization nowadays: first, take the quality build as general target, compress the troop’s scale, adjust the structure of arms of services, second is to start off the principle "to be crack and highly-effect", realize the leading command organization flat and network, third is to optimize the function structure, improve troop’s combining-relation and integrate continuously, forth is the crack standing armies link to the powerful reserve, improve the quality of building the reserve army, fifth is to found new arms of services.From four aspects to study the transformation of the characteristic of framework of organization in foreign armies: first, adjust the armies’ service structure, establish the new arms of services and the integrative army, second, optimizes troops function structure, stress on building the important army, third, adjust the arrangement, reduce the command arrangement and army force arrangement, forth, reform the troop structure, build the easy to dismount modularization army. On using for reference the useful experience that the foreign troop transformation in framework of organization and basis on the studies to my army framework of organization current situation, bring forward four methods for my army’s transformation and establish five principles must insist on reforming process: first is to change thoughts, the overall situation thinking , second is to insist on direction and concentrate a leader, third is the system design, sufficient demonstration, forth is to organize carefully and actualize reliably, fifth is to have a world in view and draw broadly.
