Research Of Risk Management Of Sports Loss During The Volleyball Special Teaching Activities In Jiangxi Universities

With the development of volleyball continually, people attach importance to sport loss.The main purpose of this research is to study the problems of loss management during thevolleyball teaching activities in Jiangxi universities by using the theories and methods ofmodern risk management, and initially set up the system of theories and methods of riskdistinguish, evaluate and answer during the volleyball teaching activities in Jiangxiuniversities, and find out risk source and risk factors. We will give some reasonablesuggestions of its so as to help the students and teachers of taking volleyball teachingactivities to reply and examine again the sports loss. We can cut off the risk resource,eliminate and control risk factors, and try our best to reduce the risk probabilities. We have theconclusion of the following:1. The risk resources of sports loss during the volleyball teaching activities: resources ofskill movement, resources of students and resources of external factors. The risk resources ofskill movement include: digging, passing, smashing, serving, blocking and waving. Students’risk resources include: skills, tactics, mentality, injure self-management and spirit conditions.Risk resource of external factors include: time, position, equipment, weather, living, games,and management of sports persons, referee and teachers.2. The taxis of risk resource of skills during the volleyball teaching activities in Jiangxiuniversities is, smashing, blocking, digging, passing, serving, moving. The taxis of riskresources of students during the volleyball teaching activities in Jiangxi universities is, injure,skills, mentality, mentality, tactics, self-management, spirit conditions. The taxis of riskresources of external factors of sports loss during the volleyball teaching activities in Jiangxiuniversities is: teachers, management of sports persons, living, weather, position of sports,equipment, time, referee, supports of society and games arrangement.3. The methods of risk of sports loss during the volleyball teaching activities in Jiangxiuniversities is, risk guarding, risk reducing and transformation.
