Research On Overseas Students Leaching Management In NC University

Education for international students in China is an important part of the internati onalization of China’s higher education has developed rapidly in recent years. How do college students work of teaching is not only the requirements of the internationalizat ion of higher education, is also the student education industrialization promotion, is th e need for the further development of international students education. From the existi ng literature, the research on the satisfaction of students can not meet the need of reali ty. NC University as a key university in China, students in market share is far behind t he other same type of colleges and universities. This study through the investigation o f students satisfaction of teaching management, NC university students teaching mana gement departments to provide valuable information, hoping to attract more students, do a little contribution to the creation of a multicultural campus.This paper first analyzes the teaching management, student satisfaction about the content of the literature, on the basis of previous studies, to identify the objective, co ntent and method of this research.In the part of empirical research, through to the NC part of college students cond ucted a questionnaire survey and interviews to investigate, according to the questionn aire data and interview results, in-depth analysis of the student teaching management problems. Then from the three aspects of students, teachers, schools, analysis of the i mpact of the degree of satisfaction of students in teaching management.Finally, according to previous research, put forward some suggestions, such as a ppropriate to carry out some auxiliary projects, making training plan for the training o f teachers, bilingual teaching ability.
